FAQs

Do you have financial aid?
Yes! We do have need based financial aid available for qualifying families. Click Here for additional information. Contact the financial aid office at finaid@nschristian.org.  

Are you associated with a particular church or denomination?
No, NSCS is an interdenominational, independent, evangelical Christian school. Our students represent over 60 different churches.

What are the school hours?
All campuses hours are 8:00AM – 2:30PM. The doors open at 7:45AM, and parents pick up their children between 2:30PM and 2:45PM.

Do you have before and after school care?
The Beverly and Lynn campuses offer before school care from 7:30 – 7:45AM and after school care is available 2:45-5:30PM.

Do you provide transportation?
Bus transportation is not provided; however, families arrange to carpool.

How old does my child have to be to attend Preschool?
A Preschool student must be 2.9 years old (and fully toilet-trained) by the enrolled date and a Pre-Kindergarten student must be 4 years old (and fully toilet-trained) by the enrolled date.  A Kindergarten student must be 5 years old by September 1.  Bathroom Policy

Do students wear uniforms?
Students in Preschool and Prekindergarten follow our Early Childhood Dress Code Policy.   We require students in Kindergarten through grade 8 to wear uniforms.  Grades K-8 Uniform Policy.  

What academic support services are available?
We have academic support services available through our Academic Center. This program services the unique needs of individual learners. Students who require a greater level of support in mastering academics can receive instruction and learn strategies for success.
